Healing isn’t limited to your home, join us in Texas, this February, for a winter escape on a real, working ranch.

Healing our Heroes presents, a mental health respite on a ranch in Texas. This will feature a five day, four night retreat in February, 2025. Some of the highlights of this will include activities around the ranch, 3 IM Ketamine sessions, IFS therapy, integration sessions, art therapy and food meant to heal your mind and body.

This retreat will take place from January 30 to February 3rd, 2025.

The minimum cost share for this retreat is $500, plus the $75 mental health evaluation fee.
