A run for our lives…
Healing our Heroes is proud to be a part of the Florida International University Psychedelic Society 5k run. Taking place on February 23rd, 2025, they are donating a portion of their proceeds to healing Our Heroes, the Fireside Project, and Zendo Project. Participation is only $20, we would love for you to come out and support our cause. Whether you walk, run, or wheel, we hope to see you there.
At Healing Our Heroes, our mission is to provide accessible and affordable mental health and legal psychedelic retreats to our veterans, first responders, retired CIA and FBI personnel, and others who have selflessly served and sacrificed for our communities. Our vision is to support the healing and well-being of those who have given so much to us.

Programs and Retreats
Through our specialized mental health and legal psychedelic retreats, we offer a safe and nurturing space for participants to embark on healing and transformative journeys. We believe in the importance of healing both the body and the mind. Our retreats provide 3 organic vegetarian meals per day to support the healing process.
Our retreats are thoughtfully designed to address the unique needs of veterans, first responders, and others who have borne the weight of responsibility on their shoulders.
Our Team
Our foundation is made up of Veterans, First Responders, Medical Professionals and others who want to help. Healing our Heroes is 100% volunteer-based. Every penny raised goes back into helping others.

Transforming Lives, One Story at a Time
We have partnered with ketaminetaskforce.org, which has put together an online veteran’s peer-to-peer support group that meets once a month over Zoom. We plan to start one for First Responders as well. Reach out to us or the Ketamine Taskforce for more information about the cohorts.
